Important Information
PHOTO QUALITY
Photographs must be high resolution quality. Make sure pictures are not pixelated or blurry. No editing will be done to the photographs what you upload is what you will receive on your item.
For logos we accept vector, svg, png, and jpeg files. Please make sure these are high quality. Reach out to your designer for a file stated as above. If you need any changes to your logo (words added, something removed or it enhanced, their is a $30 fee required to do so).
PROCESSING
This agreement assumes work will be completed within the work week (Tuesday-Thursday 12pm-7pm & Friday 12-5p). AK Kre8tions is closed on all major holidays and the week of Christmas.
Your order will be processed and shipped within 4-6 business days following receipt of payment. Bulk orders will be process and shipped within 10-15 business days. Tracking information will be provided via email. For order pickup, office location and time will be provided via email.
Please keep in mind holiday season and peak season, we will experience increased processing times.
RUSH ORDERS
A project is considered “rushed” if the project is requested to be returned within less than 4 business days. All rushed projects (if we have availability), will incur an additional rush charge of $15 for up to two items.
We do not accept Rush Orders on more than two items and nothing short of 24 hours notice.
CUSTOM DESIGN REQUEST CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
The client has full authority to provide and obtain ALL necessary information and approvals throughout this project. The client will provide accurate, complete, and timely information and materials to AK Kre8tions and guarantees that they have all the necessary rights and ownership in such materials to permit to use them for the project.
Client Approvals: The client will approve and proofread all final designs. AK Kre8tions will make all efforts to ensure that no information is misrepresented. However, the client assumes all responsibility for content.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The placement of an order for design and/or any other services offered by AK Kre8tions by email, verbally or in writing, is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are freely available at www.akkre8tions.com
We strive for great customer service. If something is defective or damaged we will make it right. However we do not offer returns/exchanges on custom made items. Please review all sizes and custom request prior to final payment. Please inspect order within 72 hours of pickup or delivery. After the 72 hours we will not be held liable.
